Shipping Policy

All billing and shipping addresses are verified during the ordering process. To avoid any delay, please make sure both the billing and shipping address match exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Your order may be placed on hold if the billing and shipping address do not match. All 'on hold' orders are on hold for 2 business days and then they will be canceled.

International Orders:

All orders requiring international shipping will require the customer’s acceptance and approval of our international orders policy. Once your order is received, SneakerKickers will send the customer an email requesting acceptance of our international policy. A return email response is required within 2 business days of the original order date or the order is subject to cancellation. 

International Orders Policy:

SneakerKickers is not responsible for any customs and/or brokerage fees that may incur with your order. In order for customs to release your package at the destination country, all fees incurred will need to be paid by you, the customer. Fees may vary depending on the value of the merchandise ordered. We have no way to determine what these fees will be. Please check with your local customs office for detail on how these charges are calculated and applied.

Tracking Information:

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours before you are able to view them on Amazon’s order page. If it passes the 24 hour time limit and you still do not see our tracking information, please feel free to contact us through your Amazon order page and click on “contact seller” for further assistance and we will be more than happy to assist you.
